A gorgeous, authentic turn-of-the-century statement piece featuring a striking asymmetric "bi-level" layout. Built from solid quarter-sawn tiger oak, showcasing bold, high-contrast wood grains across the entire frame.
FEATURES & DETAILS:
• Multi-Tier Storage: Two wide lower drawers, a tall vertical tilting mirror, and a raised three-drawer side stack
• High-End Craftsmanship: Accentuated with elegant, period-accurate machine-carvings and spoon-carving details along the top crests.
• Authentic 19th-Century Joinery: Outfitted with historic machine-era "Knapp Joints" (scallop and peg style) on the drawers. This rare construction technique was only utilized between 1871 and 1900, proving its late-Victorian provenance.
• Historic Provenance: Features an original stenciled factory mark and remnants of the 1890s railway paper shipping label on the frame.
• Condition: Excellent structural integrity. Dresser is very heavy and sturdy.
