Scandinavian studio potter, likely Gustavsberg. Miniature bowl, 1960s. Unique hand-thrown studio bowl in stoneware with an experimental test glaze in soft blue-green tones featuring subtle interior colour gradation and decorative vertical glaze accents. Unsigned.
Origin: Scandinavia. Designer: Studio ceramicist. Material: Stoneware. Dimensions: H. 6 cm, D. 8 cm. Period: 1960s. Condition: Excellent condition with minor signs of wear. Scandinavian studio ceramics in the 1960s were characterised by artistic innovation and experimental glaze expression. Many workshops explored test glazes and natural tonalities, often producing unique or very small series, which makes these objects highly desirable today.
