The wood seam on the front of the left arm has a small gap but still strong and intact but could use some tightening with glue for cosmetic improvement. Seat has a few tears (see photos). Two buttons are missing on the back. This chair would benefit from a refinish on the wood and new upholstery to make it perfect. less
