Hand-painted Italian majolica centerpiece bowl featuring elaborate open lattice basketweave design rendered in vibrant green glaze with cream painted supports decorated with stylized rose motifs. The rim is adorned with sculpted rosebuds and foliage, while the interior retains a charming floral bouquet decoration.

The bowl is structurally sound and free of … moreGood vintage condition with minor cosmetic wear consistent with age and use. The bowl is structurally sound and free of breaks/repairs. There are some small glaze flakes to the green areas, minor paint loss/rubbing to some of the applied rosebuds around the rim, light crazing and firing irregularities typical of majolica production. Small scatterd glaze chips to high points. Interior floral decoration remains vibrant. Openwork sections are intact.
