Elevate your living space with this striking pair of vintage Chinoiserie Asian Modern side tables by Jasper. The side tables beautifully capturing a timeless Ming-inspired silhouette. The tables feature elegantly slightly oval tops with a subtle, multi-tiered stepped edge profile that adds wonderful depth and dimension.
The structural artistry of these pieces is found in the exquisite openwork geometric corner brackets (or spandrels) flanking the legs—a classic Chinoiserie design element that beautifully bridges traditional Asian craftsmanship with a clean, Hollywood Regency flair.
The bright, yet soft red color adds drama and flair to an otherwise simplistic design. The color has slightly darker striations giving the finish a little depth. They are perfectly scaled to flank a sofa, accent a pair of club chairs, or serve as statement nightstands in a Palm Beach regency or eclectic interior with a Chinoiserie flair.
