This vintage bread and butter or dessert plate was crafted by Blue Ridge Southern Potteries in Erwin, Tennessee. This specific piece features the highly collectible "Crab Apple" pattern.

Unlike the common crimson feathered trim variations, this plate showcases a much scarcer brown sponged/brushed rim variant, giving it a warm, earthy, and distinctly rustic country look. Every detail was applied entirely by hand by localized artisans using underglaze brushwork before firing, meaning no two surviving plates are exactly identical.

The centerpiece highlights a beautifully hand-painted rich red apple hanging from a structural brown branch surrounded by deep green leaves.
