The plate displays cobalt blue decoration of four dragons circling among lotus blossoms, foliage, and a central flaming pearl motif. A layered border of scrolling vines, floral medallions, and lappet accents frames the composition. The reverse has a raised foot ring with an unmarked base and light age-related discoloration.
