This is a beautiful large antique Limoges porcelain oval platter by Charles Field Haviland, featuring a feminine blush pink border accented with hand-painted butterflies and floral garland wrapped around one side. These are circa 1890 to 1910.
We are featuring a matching bowl, a handled cake plate and dinner plates in separate listings. Some of the pieces retain the CFH (Charles Field Haviland) Limoges mark to the underside. Minor variations in marks may be present among some plates, which is not uncommon in antique porcelain services that evolved over time or included replacement pieces within the original set.
All the inventory we have in this beautiful pattern is in great antique condition with age-appropriate wear including minor utensil marks and gentle wear to gilding consistent with age and use. No cracks or chips observed.
