Organic freeform hand-blown bowl in deep ruby red sommerso glass with softly folded rim and luminous inner depth — a classic example of Murano studio glass. Origin: Italy, Murano. Designer: Studio glass master. Material: Hand-blown glass. Dimensions: H. 5,5 cm, D. 14 cm. Period: 1960s/70s. Condition: Very good condition with minor signs of age. Murano glass of the 1960s/70s is known for its sculptural hand-formed shapes and techniques such as sommerso and bullicante, executed by master glassblowers on Murano Island.
