Working vintage Reuge Swiss music box featuring a visible mechanical movement under glass, housed in a richly toned burl wood veneer case with brass inlay detail. A functional and decorative tabletop piece, ideal for collectors or as a refined accent for a study, library, or curated interior.
The interior reveals the original Reuge Sainte-Croix mechanism, which is in working condition and plays smoothly. The multi-song cylinder (labeled on the underside) is a selection by Rigoletto (Verdi) - Anniversary Song. The glass viewing panel allows the movement to be seen while playing, adding both visual interest and mechanical charm.
