Solid, sturdy, and completely functional!
Tessellated faux tortoiseshell surface with brass inlay trim throughout.
The faux tortoiseshell is most likely Penshell or Horn inlay.
Done in a traditional regency or neoclassical style.

Overall great vintage condition with maybe the slightest chance for a little bit of very minor wear to possibly be found. Looking closely you may possibly see light scuffing or dings here and there, and two of the feet have a missing tile/chip (pictured). I did not see any other chips or missing pieces other than that! Nothing too out of the ordinary for a piece from the 1980's, and is ready to use now!
