This elegant glass bowl is signed Per Lütken. It's a Holmegaard "Selencia" model, dating from the 1950s. Made with soft, organic shapes and thick, clear glass, this trinket dish reflects Nordic craftsmanship in art glassmaking. This elegant Danish bowl will be a charming decorative piece, perfect on a teak sideboard or a modern entryway console.
The bowl is vintage, dating from the 1950s. It is made of thick, clear glass. The lines are gently rounded. Signs of wear are visible in the photos. The bowl bears the engraved signature of the Holmegaard glassworks, the artist's signature, and is numbered on the base. Holmegaard is one of Denmark's most renowned glassworks, and produced some of the country's finest blown glass pieces during the 1950s and 60s.
