The lid is decorated with a vibrant arrangement of apples, grapes, lemons, and citrus leaves, all hand-painted in rich, glossy colors. This decorative compote retains the original ARCO label on the underside, confirming its authenticity. ARCO pieces are known for their charming Italian-inspired fruit designs that were popular in high-end decorative home collections in the late 20th century.

This piece was originally purchased directly from ARCO by my grandmother in the 1960s and has been carefully kept in the family ever since.
