The arched or rounded supports are … Read more This diminutive antique oak writing desk has one lower drawer and a lower shelf. The arched or rounded supports are unique and sure to catch the eye. The apron along the bottom of the desktop is carved and goes completely around the desk. The chunky fluted and turned legs are worth noting as well. This piece is about the height of a console table at 29.5 inches, and the knee clearance is 21 inches. We acquired this piece from an estate where the previous owners used it as a display table or low library table. The desk is in very good antique condition with some age-appropriate marks and scuffs on the framework and the desktop. See pictures for an overall representation of condition. See less
