The elegant piece features a scalloped or serpentine top and three drawers across the façade. The entire case is clad in curved, foxed mirror panels creating a rich, mottled, timeworn finish with shimmery details. The expertly shaped glass has fine, smooth beveled edges with amazing craftsmanship. The shaped apron houses a central rectangular drawer flanked by two curved side drawers, all lined in black ebonized wood with smooth metal glides and hardware. The drawers open via discreet finger pulls underneath. The slim tapered legs and smooth top give the piece a crisp, sculptural effect. The blend of Hollywood Regency, Art Deco, and Modern stylistic influences suit the piece for a variety of interiors and functions, including as a desk, dressing table or vanity, or console. The vanity is heavy with strong, solid joinery. The table can float in the center of a space since it it finished on all sides. The desk is in exceptional condition as seen in photos. The distressed glass has an intriguing allure and the sinuous case further adds to the appeal of the design.
