Offered is a lovely walnut wood vanity bench with a wool upholstered seat and brass capped legs. The lower sides of the bench have Regency style design, but the rest is very clean lined and quintessential 1940s/1950s. The seat cushion is currently upholstered in an oatmeal beige wool, but we've added a large swatch of a Robert Allen fabric for the photos and are happy to include this piece for your bench. The seat lifts easily and has space to store files, magazines, papers, or your secret stash of whatever you want to keep secret.
The bench measures 18.25" wide, 15.25" deep, and 18" tall without seat, 19.5" tall with seat. The storage are is 15" x 13" x 2.25" deep - there is a wooden thick ledge inside to support the seat/lid.

The wool … moreThis piece is in overall good condition and sturdy - we've sat on it and it's quite comfortable. The wool fabric has no stains or pulls or loose threads. We are happy to include the cotton fabric shown in pictures. The legs have some age appropriate scuffs, but no cracks or chips. The brass cap feet have age appropriate patina. Any wear is commensurate with use. less
