condition report: the sofa is in very good overall condition. Professionally cleaned and treated with a special leather conditioner, it comes from an exceptionally well-maintained architect's home and was only used occasionally. Accordingly, both the upholstery and the leather are in remarkably good condition, despite the decades that have passed.

there are only minor signs of wear consistent with its age. There are some subtle pressure marks in the leather on one side panel, which have been documented in the photographs to the best of our knowledge.
