This is a pair of Hollywood Regency mid 20th century wrought iron chaise lounges designed and manufactured in the USA by the legendary John Salterini. Attributed John B. Salterini Company wrought iron furniture was and still is the pinnacle of high quality wrought iron furniture. It was designed for indoor as well as outdoor use. These chaise lounges have two large wrought iron wheels and a horizontal bar at the foot making moving very easy. The seat back has four positions. The back, sides, and armrests are decorated with leaves and vines. We have a third identical Salterini chaise lounge listed, if you need one more! The Salterini Mt Vernon series is well documented in vintage Salterini commercial print ads as well as theia vintage catalogue. Salterini iron furniture
was made from 1928 - 1953.
