Elegant French porcelain mantel clock by Mignon, featuring a deep cobalt blue glaze richly decorated with hand-applied gilt ornamentation in the Rococo revival style.
The case is hand-decorated in the Limoges tradition and mounted on an ornate gilt metal base with four scrolling feet. The clock is topped with a decorative fruit basket finial, enhancing its classical appearance.
The clock is fitted with an original Hechinger quartz movement made in West Germany. Please note that the movement is currently not working and will require service or replacement. The porcelain case itself is in excellent condition and remains a highly decorative piece.
