Total 6 … Read more Lovely Japanese Lacquered Kamakuri-Bori Style 5 Sushi plates and Asian lacquered and painted wood box, as a set. Total 6 pieces, including cover of the box. Lacquer over plastic or melamine on the Sushi plates, Japan, circa late Showa Era, 1980s. The box is Southeast or Central Asian, hand carved wood, hand lacquered and hand painted, circa end of the 20th century. The plates and box didn't come together, but they fit perfectly fine and now are offered as a set. Nearly excellent condition of the box; Very Good condition of the plates; no cracks or chips, minimal age wear, clean.
