Lovely solid brass footed shell dish/bowl produced by Glo-Mar Artworks, NY. Small pieces like this can be used in endless ways...for trinkets, dips, decor. High quality brass with heft for a small piece. Incised hallmark underneath. The fact that is incised vs. stamped leads me to believe it is an earlier piece, perhaps 1940s-50s.
Glo-Mar Artworks operated from the 1930s-1970s and produced high quality brass works here in the U.S.
