Jean Pouyat French Limoge blanks were in use from the late Victorian through the Edwardian Era.
This urn shaped hand painted vessel is expertly executed with a generously applied moriage gold gilt border extending nearly 2” into the top of the vase. Vibrant floral colors of lavender, deep raspberry rose, high hue-value pinks, greens and every shade of pale yellow to persimmon are present. It can certainly present one or more color(s) to complement almost any interior. While it is fundamentally suited to all traditional interiors, it will add that special jena se qui to contemporary settings!

Gold gilt extends inside nearly 2”
