Beautiful set of four vintage Denby dinner plates in the classic Greenwheat pattern, made in England. These plates feature Denby’s iconic stylized wheat sheaf motif in warm brown tones on a creamy stoneware ground, finished with a softly contrasting rim. A timeless mid-century design that works effortlessly for everyday use or a curated vintage table.
Each plate measures approximately 9.75 inches in diameter. All four retain their original Denby backstamp and date to the late 1960s–1970s. Condition is good vintage condition with light surface wear and utensil marks consistent with age and prior use. 2 plates have a surface scuff on the rim that is thru top glaze and can be felt to touch. one plate has imperfection at rim from the time of manufacture that includes a small spot where brown paint left a white spot.
