Designed and made exclusively for Lipper and Mann NYC / U.S.A., this example's first impression is that of famous antique German Meissen porcelain "Blue Onion" pattern. The tray is hand painted under the glaze with scallop rim, featuring wonderful floral / flower design in the center, as well as throughout the border. Tray is marked on the bottom as shown with maker's blue 1951 - 1976 period painted mark title "Blue Danube" and "Reg. U.S. PAT. OFF." It is in good vintage condition, showing no age / use wear, small chip on bottom (please see photos). Size is large and impressive 16" wide, 11.5" across, and 1.75" tall. Beautiful serving tray for display on any table, for any occasion! See less
