Intricately carved frames embellished w/ marcasites enclose mother-of-pearl cameo panels depicting the Greco-Roman gods for the seven days of the week (Helios, Selene, Ares, Hermes, Zeus, Aphrodite, & Kronos); frames are joined by 0-rings. Workmanship on frames and cameos is exceptional; the mother-of-pearl shell cameos are exquisite -- vivid iridescent colors and meticulous detailing. Marked “800” (partial).
