Title: Barbara Campbell "Stoneware Artifacts" Studio Pottery Sphere – El Rito, NM
Description: Offered for sale is a stunning piece of studio art pottery by renowned New Mexico ceramicist Barbara Campbell of Stoneware Artifacts (El Rito, NM).
This unique vessel features a spherical, enclosed form with an organic, irregular opening (wabi-sabi style). The exterior showcases a rustic, matte earth-tone finish deeply impressed with botanical fern or cedar branch patterns, giving it a fossil-like, ancient appearance. In striking contrast, the interior is glazed in a deep, glossy midnight blue that catches the light beautifully, resembling a hidden geode.
