Beautiful pair of Venetian style parcel-gilt "Grotto" chairs. The seats are carved and are modeled as upturned shells, raised on supports carved as dolphins, ending on tripartite base. The giltwood accents and painted in the fashion of Fantasy Grotto furniture. A charming accent to any room. These can be used as piano seats, accent chairs, or stools in your living room.
