Rare "Angel with Balloons" tile by GRUEBY POTTERY of Boston. This is a 6" x 6" x 3/4" red clay tile with a green background glaze and white figural glaze. The tile is in very good to excellent condition. Unmarked but guaranteed to be original vintage Grueby. Circa 1905.
Gustav Stickley used Grueby tiles in his original designs.
