A rare Syroco Burwood Clock from the 1980s. Syroco and Burwood were American manufacturing companies that perfected compression mold technology and produced sculptural wall objects for several decades. While their wall candleholder sconces and decor items are highly collectible, they are readily found in the marketplace. But the clocks are very hard to find. This one features Barley twisted side legs with three decorative finials on the top and an additional three along the bottom. It’s a large wall clock standing almost two feet tall. But it’s the yellow and royal blue face of the clock that is so outstanding. It features gothic renaissance graphics on an ivory ground that is so striking and unique. A must-have for Syroco collectors. It’s also a statement piece that your guests will enjoy praising. This piece was curated from an Estate Sale of a couple that owned a furniture store. It was very well cared for.
