Double Fusee movement. Carved columns & trailing flowers are applied. Brass pineapple finial often found on their bracket clocks. Signed on face & works (visible through rear glass paneled door). 8 day movement. John Brockbank & Samuel Elliot Atkins were partners from 1815-1839 at Cowpers Court, Cornhill, London.
