This bowl was made by the Ferro Murano Glass Furnace that has Yalos Murano as one of their companies. It is a very large piece that is all ridged and matte on the out side and iridescent on the inside, amazing, amazing design!They made it to resemble a mussel that is found around Murano. The Ferro family is credited with inventing pearlescent finish on Murano glass. They have been blowing glass on Murano since 1200. This is one of their most beautiful designs. See less
