Antique MVM Cappellin & Co. Murano Glass Chandelier.
Stunning, rare hand blown Italian Murano glass nine-light chandelier with drops, circa 1940. Although unmarked, this MVM Cappellin & Co. Gorgeous is a beautiful light blue color and newly wired for U.S. market. This chandelier is documented in publications on the work of MVM Cappelin & Co and we have had this exact chandelier which had the maker's mark.

Good age and use appropriate condition. One bobeche has a small defect which cannot be seen when the chandelier is hung. Two areas where sockets are located have chipped areas which are covered with silver caps and also cannot be seen when displayed. Drops are original but two are slightly cloudy. This is only mentioned for accuracy. Newly wired for the U.S. market.
