I absolutely love the Aesthetic Movement in china and this piece is just OUTSTANDING. It is inspired by Japanese wood block designs. The colors are so crisp and it is hard to imagine that this dish is at least 150 years old.
The Diamond Registry Mark with the "IV" class number indicates it was registered under British patent system on December 3, 1860. There are also a few embossed stamps on this plate.
There are so many wonderful details, patterns and colors on this dish.
