Louis XVI style clock circa 1900 in cubic marble and bronze decorative elements, white enameled dial, mechanical movement, with key, working, good condition. Timepiece only, 8 day.
Case: In good condition with normal signs of wear and 3 minor chips to the marble.
Dial: In good condition, with signs of wear and traces of enamel restoration around the edges.
The mechanism is working.
On the back plate of the mechanism, there is an inscription “Made in France” and letters “S” “F” (Slow and Fast) for setting the hours. Bronze flower garlands are engraved with the letters BB on the back (see photo). The top handle is made in the form of a snake swallowing its tail.
