Danish Mid-Century Modern Teak Bowl by Kay Bojesen, 1950s.
Exquisite large and early handmade bowl in solid teak designed and manufactured by Kay Bojesen in his own workshop in Copenhagen, Denmark in the early 1950s. Beautiful organic shape and vivid grain pattern.
Stamped under bottom: "Kay Bojesen, Denmark, Copyright".
Decorative sculptural turned piece with very smooth surface.
Very good original condition with only light patina with age and use. No cracks. This piece has an attribution mark,
I am sure that it is completely authentic and take full responsibility for any authenticity
issues arising from misattribution
