Ladies of the 1800s would wear their timepiece during the day and then at night set it on a decorative holder at their bedside. This gold gilt watch holder is imported from France. It features a porcelain dancing lady surrounded by gold floral garlands with pearls. The watch has a lovely embossed scene on the back and is engraved inside.
The watch stand measures 7 inches tall. The watch has not been certified as working.
