It’s from Czechoslovakia before it was peacefully split into two countries. The vase features knife-cut porcelain blooming Posey flowers in yellow and pink with green stems and foliage. The flora is mounted on an ivory vase with some hand-painted designs behind the posies. Beautifully designed European vase.
