JUNE'S THOUGHTS
When I first sat in this chair, the afternoon sun was streaming through the window. It felt wonderfully cozy — not too big, not too small — and my feet touched the floor perfectly (I’m 5'4"). The warm velvet seemed to glow in that light, and I thought, what a great color.
Only later, under studio lighting, did I notice the soft sun-faded areas on one side and along the opposite inner arm — reminders of years spent basking in a sunny corner. Still, I couldn’t help thinking: someone with a good eye and a sense of comfort will see what I saw that day — a well-made, beautiful chair with years of life left to give.
