This 19th-Century Victorian Library Table Desk is a timeless piece with gentlemanly charm and character of the era.
Crafted from mahagony wood
Rectangular top fitted with a tooled black leather inset and bordered by a wide mahogany surround
Rests on turned legs with ring and block accents
Stretcher base with a central turned baluster
Frieze houses two fitted drawers with brass knobs - one with a working lock and key
Original brass casters
This piece is in good antique condition, consistent with age and use. The leather surface shows impressions, small creases, and scattered wear, while the mahogany frame bears expected light scratches, finish wear, and mellowed polish.
