The deep chocolate brown leather has developed a natural patina, enhancing the sculptural softness and lived-in elegance of Bellini’s design. Unlike traditional seating, Bellini’s revolutionary Le Bambole (1972) eliminated internal framing, relying on innovative foam technology to create its famously “pillow-like” geometry. Comfortable and iconic, the design earned the Compasso d’Oro award in 1979 and remains a cornerstone of Italian modernism. See less
