I think its called a console bowl or a centerpiece bowl. It has a low profile and a very wide lip at the top. It is the Wedgwood Queen's Ware cream/white with the blue ivy embossed design around the upper edge of the bowl. The bottom says Etruria & Barlaston Wedgwood Embossed Queen's Ware Made in England.
