This is an original, not a reproduction.

This clock has a lyre shaped frame. It has an astronomical regulator style design with 3 overlapping dials with separate hour, minute, and second hands.

The movement is a time only movement.

Uniquely, the center of the hour hand doubles as the winding arbor.

The clock is signed “FWT,” possibly for Friedrich Tiede.

The clock appears to be in overall good condition. There are a few minor signs of normal wear and age.

One foot on the dome base is slightly less leveled than the other 3.

The movement was last serviced in 2024. It ran when recently tested


This glass dome on base measures about 12.75 x 8.5 x 20 inches


The clock measures about 10 x 4.1 x 16 inches
