A set of seven natural scallop shells with gently cupped forms, radiating ridges, and softly varied cream and golden coloration. Each shell has its own organic markings and shape, giving the set a collected coastal appearance.
They can be used decoratively as place-setting accents, salt-cellar holders, jewelry dishes, or for presenting wrapped or lined appetizers. They are also attractive incorporated into a coastal tablescape, bathroom display, or cabinet collection.
Because these are natural shells and their prior preparation is unknown, direct food use is not guaranteed. Food should be separated from the shell surface with an appropriate liner unless the buyer independently determines that the shells are suitable for direct food contact.
