Sorry, you'll understand in a moment. There's twelve dinner plates, twelve dessert plates, four dessert bowls, two lug bowls, two 8 x 2.5 serving bowls and two 12.75"x 9" platters. Each piece is handpainted onto a raised design. Zoom in on those black cherries. Gorgeous. On to the complete incomplete portion. You have the most important parts- dinner and dessert, an array of serving pieces. All you're lacking is bowls and mugs. The vivid white and simple coupe design opens the possibility of using stark white chef's china to fill it in. However, I would pair these with vintage cranberry glass - the dark red would be a perfect foil for the black cherries. This set can double as both everyday and dressy China. They have a heavy, sturdy feel, and most importantly, no chips cracks or crazing. See less
