Fabulous antique 1930s Art Deco bronze patina vessel bowl by the famed Danish-American artisan Carl Sorensen. Features lovely ornate handles and an aged patina. Maker's mark on back.
Carl Sorensen was a notable metalworker in bronze and copper, recognized for his contributions to the Arts and Crafts and Art Deco movements. He had his own shop in Philadelphia around 1914 and later worked as a designer for Tiffany Studios in New York.
