A striking vintage handmade art pottery bowl by renowned ceramicist Brigitte Haag, celebrated for her evocative depictions of Southwestern landscapes. This wheel-thrown piece is adorned with richly textured and hand-painted scenes of desert terrain, featuring rolling hills, sparse trees, and a glowing full moon floating above a layered sky.
Rendered in warm, earthy tones of terracotta, sand, and sienna, the exterior design evokes the arid beauty of the American Southwest. The painterly technique and subtle marbling give this piece a dynamic, atmospheric quality. The interior is glazed in a smooth, glossy wash of burnt ochre and russet, echoing the palette of the exterior.
