This listing is for an early antique Vienna regulator wall clock.
The clock comes in a large carved wooden case. It has ornate carved wood detailing as well as glass on the front and sides.
This is an early piece dating to the 1850s-1860.
This is evidenced by the early Biedermeier style of case as well as the “pie crust” bezel/dial.
The dial is made from white porcelain and it’s pie crust bezel is made from gilt bronze
This clock has a sonnerie movement with time, strike, and quarter strike components. A tag attached indicated that it was serviced in 2019.
The clock ran when recently tested
This clock appears to be in overall good condition. Some signs of normal wear and age present. Lower latch on door works. Upper part of door doesn’t quite close all the way.
