Each mat has been hand crafted with real gold leaf. Custom framed in a gold wood frame and UV-filtering conservation glass. Each piece measures 11 1/4" x 14 1/2", and the entire set spans an impressive 36" x 46". Condition: Excellent.

William Curtis began publishing the acclaimed *Botanical Magazine: Plants of the Royal Gardens* at Lovell Reeve in London in 1856, after starting his meticulous botanical illustrations in 1787.
