I am unable to identify the maker or the pattern, but this is pre 1950s, For a long time it was used as a candy dish and was in the front of the glass curio cabinet with chocolates and confections from the candy department from Kaufmanns Department store. Every week she would take the Piitsburgh Trolly down fifth avenue to buy bakery an confection items from Kaufmann's.. It is a delicate floral and foliage etched piece. It is in pristine condition No visible chips, Knicks or scratches, glass is clear approx 7" diameter X 2 5/8" High
