This hand-carved wooden chest measures about 10.25" long, 3" wide and 3" tall at its broadest dimensions. Periodic oiling should maintain the piece in good repair. We acquired the box from the estate of a man who worked in academia and traveled extensively. There appears to be a signature of "DS" on the bottom and a possible date of "99" though the number may have some other significance.
The piece is in good vintage condition but has the expected rough areas and splitting. Please see photos.
